How does one connect with the physicality necessary to find energetic fuel for the soul?

Roses, the most unlikely Healing Messengers!!!
I felt so privileged to hear Sandy Humby, in conversation with Heather Ensworth, relate her journey of hearing from these Earth Stars!
She was given the 5 core wounds that many carry and their attendant Healing Wonder!
I have added one that resonated for me at the Root....
Starting at our Root (perineum/lowest part of our torso):
Wound of Annihilation and its Wonder of Self Love
At our Sacral/Lower Abdomen:
Wound of Abandonment and its Wonder of Self Value
At our Solar Plexus:
Wound of Betrayal and its Wonder of Self Esteem
At our Throat:
Wound of Denial and its Wonder of Trust/Truth
At our Brow/Pineal Gland:
Wound of Judgement and its Wonder of Forgiveness
At our Crown:
Wound of Separation and its Wonder of Surrender
Some of us carry all 6 core wounds but others may have borne fewer. It has been of great value to me tuning into these parts of the body to ask and see if this rings true in my body.
I was able to ask, over time for symbolic pictures to help me connect with the Wonders... these personalized images are so rich as I sit with bare feet on the Earth asking for the Wonders to transform my Wounds!
One tool is to "send your eyeballs" down into the body to the area of focus... just a mental concept to help shift our focus down deep into our physical selves, out of the mind.
Can you call to mind vibrant mental snapshots that could represent each of the Wonders to your Soul?
If we can connect an abstract concept to a concrete image our ability to feel into the Wonder, and hang on to the Healing of it, is empowered...
One of my images arises from a scientific glass blowing anomaly, one a mythic creature, one a flower, one a physical place in a forest I visited, one a watery thunder in a mountain park and one a spirit picture of support for my physical form. These images are a deep method for me to imbue the Wonder filled image into the physical part of me where the wounding occurred...
I hope your Wonder images arise to surprise and comfort you in their power to reconnect you to yourSelf!
